At Empower OT Services, our Occupational Therapist's are Sensory Integration trained, working holistically with children with diagnoses of Autism, ADHD and other diagnoses in Hampshire and surrounding areas. We provide occupational therapy assessment, ongoing sessions and sensory integration, supporting children to develop awareness of their emotional and sensory needs, empowering them to develop strategies/coping skills and develop gross, fine motor and visual skills and handwriting skills.

At Empower, we work with adults too, facilitating a dynamic approach to therapy, looking at each individual holistically, which is where OT's are unique- looking at how the whole person is being impacted by the challenges they face.
Our aim is to encourage you to learn new skills and set goals to develop independence, enabling you to live the life you wish to lead.
